Open Adobe Photoshop
Select File > Import > Select TWAIN_32 Source ( you only have to do this once)
Select File > Import > Twain_32
Prescan should happen automatically; if not, you may need to click "Preview".
Drag a box around the section of the image you want.
Check resolution:  web resolution is 72 DPI if you want the image the same size as the original.
Click "Scan".
Close the scanner window.
In Photoshop, select Image > Image Size to adjust image size.
Choose File > Save and save as a .jpg file.
