This activity follows the Language Arts and Technology curriculum.
 

• Have students get into pairs of two.

• Have each pair of students choose a product from a wide variety of miscellaneous objects.

• Once the pairs have chosen their objects, have the groups creatively look at their items. The groups must create a purpose for their product, other than what the object is actually used for.

• Take pictures of your product using a digital camera... these pictures will be imported into your website!

• From here, students should work individually to create a writing that will advertise their product.

• This creative writing should be word processed using Netscape Composer.

• The final product will be a published website that advertises your product.
