     This device is great to use on children of all ages.  The “Child Toter” has adjustable poles so that children of very young ages and older children can be snapped into the handgrips and toted anywhere the parent wishes to go.  This feature is useful for the parents who have a child in the rambunctious toddler years.  Simply lift the black knob and extend the poles for taller children or slide the poles in for smaller children.  The “Child Toter” comes equipped with easy to use hand grips so that children cannot escape.  Lift the springing lever and place child’s hand firmly in place so that you can pull the child anywhere.
