English as a Second Language
Why Mainstream?

Students are able to constantly
interact with the English language.

ESL are able to interact constantly
with English speaking students.

They are constantly flooded with
new information to learn. This is both a benefit and a drawback.

The second language acquisition
theory states, student's learn best when faced with real life context and
content.
The only drawback is when kids are
constantly are flooded with information they are not able to process it
due to a lack of language skills.
