In this activity, you and your partner will be using your imaginations and computer skills to create a revolutionary idea and be able to share it with the class and on the internet!  Get ready to think big.  The Bright Minds, Bright Inventions Convention is approaching soon.

What To Do:

• Select an object from the gadget box
• Time to get inventive!  Find a new use for the object and give it a name.  You are creating a brand new invention or fashion for your object.
• Take a picture of your object with a digital camera.  We will disuss how to use digital cameras and computers together in class.
• Using Netscape Composer, create a web page in the form of a Newspaper Article.  Make up a background story to go along with your invention.
• We will be sharing our inventions with the class and constructing a brochure called, "Bright Minds, Bright Inventions".  Each article will be presented in the brochure.
