Appalachian, and I am in my block. This semester I will be interning at your child's school. As a project of this block,

I am to chose one child from the class to watch for growth during the year. If given your permission, your child will be

given assessments in math, reading, and spelling. I will be both videotaping and audio taping this child, only to be seen
