Video list

My concentration for Elementary Education is math.  I did my internship at Mable Elementary School in Zionville NC.  I went to the library to see what math video resources the school had.  I wanted to know the different videos that were offered to teachers to teach math.  I think that visual representation is important so that is why I wanted to see what videos were available.
The list of videos is a resource to me as a teacher.  I will be able to use the math videos in my lessons to have a variety of teaching strategies in my class.  I realize that students have different ways of learning and showing a video would be helpful for some of the students.  As a teacher I want to be resourceful.  I would watch the videos and see what kind of materials are in these videos and get ideas that I could use in my lessons that I teach even though I am not going to show the video.
Competency 10.2 is getting a list of television resources and their correlation to the appropriate grade level and curriculum.  I looked up the math resources that the school had.  I could use these videos to help teach a specific concept for a specific grade that I am teaching that lesson in.
