Students with learning difficulties will be reading the three below grade level books. Visually and hearing impaired students could benefit from listening to book text that is recorded on audiocassettes by the teacher, a volunteer, or other students. Also, peer tutoring is a strategy that can be used with students who have learning difficulties. Special needs students should be assigned Literature Circles jobs that match and do not exceed their capabilities.
