not rained in a very long time and everyone is very hot.

she comforts her mother when she is pulling weeds in the hot, hot sun.

Tessie is very curious when
she goes to Miz Glick's window and looks inside and listens to the phonograph.

Goals
Tessie's goal is for her friends
and her, when it rains, to have their swimsuits on and be ready to play,
especially so they can cool down from such hot, hot weather.
Problems
Tessie's problem is that she
is very hot and needs rain to cool down. Also, she really wants to
put on her swimsuit, but her mother will not allow her to do so.
Possible
Solutions
A possible solution to Tessie's
first problem about needing rain is to only wait and see if it rains.
Humans cannot control the weather so she cannot really take any action
to make it rain. She could possibly just go outside if it rains in
her regular clothing.
