    Mrs. Kimmelfarber did not like it when the class became disruptive, so she rapped her ruler and shouted for silence.
2.  Concerned p. 26 par.1 through page 28 par.3
     Mrs. Kimmelfarber looks at Henry's spots and ask the opinion of another teacher to make sure it is not something serious.

Character Goal
Mrs. Kimmelfarber's goal is to take care of  Henry and her other students.

Problem
Mrs. Kimmelfarber's problem is that she does not know what the spots on Henry's arm are.

Solution
Mrs. Kimmelfarber ask for the assistance of another teacher and then asks the school nurse.
