Character Sketcher: Abe Lincoln
    1. Character Traits.
        a. He was very family oriented.  He loved to be with his family and was devastated when something happened to one of them.
        b. He wrote the Emancipation Proclamation, which freed the slaves.
        c. He was murdered by John Wilkes Booth, pg 42.

Character Goal: He wanted to make this world a better place and always be a good down to earth man.

Problem: He faced many problems in his life, but the ones that bothered him the most were the deaths of the people he loved.

Solution: He just had to keep his head up when times got hard, and just fight for what he thought this country needed.
