Pg. 2 Paragraph 1

"But the cooks didn't care..."

I chose this paragraph because it is a simile paragraph.  Carrie has to have the kitchen gleaming like the moon.  This means she has to clean really well.
 

Pg. 3 Paragraph 3

"Other ships was in the harbour..."

This is a descriptive paragraph.  Carrie is describing the excitement of the the president walking through the town.
 

Pg. 10 Paragraph 2

This is an informative paragraph.  The paragraph informs the readers of how Carrie was brought to the tavern as a baby.
