This portfolio was designed during my last semester of the Reading Education Program, Spring 2005, for partial fulfillment of the Master's Degree in Reading Education at Appalachian State University, under the direction of Dr. Woodrow Trathen. It is composed of artifacts and information from my graduate course work that sufficiently reflects the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience I have gained from my reading educational background. The artifacts contained in this portfolio are representative of the North Carolina DPI & NCATE Standards.
