Today you will take on the role of
an inventor! Your teacher will have various objects that you will brainstorm
another use for. It cannot be what the object is already used for, you
have to come up with another one. You will be put into groups and take
an object from the ones your teachers chooses. You will take pictures with
a digital camera and resize them on Adobe Photoshop. You will then each
create a newspaper article explaining your invention. Once you have the
article written you will add the pictures and create a whole web page for
your invention.
Grading:
Rough draft:
Is it creative? Is it in newspaper
format? Does it explain the invention in detail? Is it informative, interesting,
and convince someone to buy the
product?
Final draft:
Is it placed onto the webpage7 is
it completed on time? Is it grammatically correct? Is it easy to understand
and read?
Web page:
Is it done correctly? Do the links
work? Does it contain all the components it is supposed to? Are the pictures
the right size?
