Today you will chose an item that you will brainstorm with your group a new invention for this item.  You can make the item anything you want it to be that is creative and reasonable.  The item your group chose can be realistic or fantasy it is up to the group on how they want to use the item.  Once you have got your item and brainstormed ideas on what it will used for, you will be given a digital camera with instruction on how to use it.  Take photographs of each group member with the item.  Try to include in the picture ways the item will be used.  You can go outside or use other parts of the school without disrupting anyone.  Save the pictures to your own personal disk.  Once you have the pictures on your disk you will open Adobe Photoshop and crop and resize the pictures to fit onto your web page.  Each person will need to write their on draft of the example you are using the item for and turn it in to me for feedback.  Once you have your draft back you will make a web page using your pictures you have taken and saved to your disk using Netscape Composer.  If you need to edit one of your pages you must first go to composer, file, edit page, and then edit your page, make sure you SAVE!  Be sure to include on your web page your name, your picture, your writing, and your email address.  BE CREATIVE AND HAVE FUN!

Your web page will be graded out of 100 points using this grading rubric.
