All right teachers…Here’s your chance to enhance creativity, technology, and writing all in one lesson! The Masters of Invention activity involves students choosing old "junky" contraptions and coming up with new inventions for this "junk".  Students will use creative writing when creating an advertisement for their new inventions, digital cameras to photograph their inventions in action, and create a web page to display their inventions on the web.  What else could you ask for?  The Masters of Invention activity is no ordinary class project.  Students will have a blast using their imaginations to create their very own new invention.  As an added bonus, if you decide to use this activity in your class, all you have to do is follow the links provided for teacher instructions, student instructions, and an example of a new invention.  This activity is a brilliant way to bring loads of creativity to your classroom!
