There are many different ways to make learning a fun and inviting phenomenon. Children and adults, alike, enjoy learning by getting involved and doing hands-on activities, because the old saying is true: “Time flies when you're having fun!” This activity was designed with this in mind. Modern Fashion and Invention is an activity enjoyable for students ranging from upper elementary all the way to college ages. Included in this site is a “Student Page” with instructions for creating your own Modern Fashion and Invention project, as well as, an “Example Page” containing my “invention,” but there are no limits to the creativity of this activity. Also, teachers can look for guidelines for doing this activity in your own classroom on the “Teacher Page.” I hope you enjoy it!
