Step 1:  In your groups I want you to brainstorm and come up with a new invention using your object.  I want it to be totally different from what the object was used for before you decided to become an inventor.  Once your group has decided I want you to begin to take pictures of your assignment using the digital camera that is provided for you.  If you have questions on how to use the camera please raise your hand and I will come around to help your group.
Step 2:  Once you have taken your pictures and have saved them to the disk in the camera, I want you to go to the computer lab with the disk from the camera and your own floppy disk.
Step 3:  Next you will use Adobe Photo shop, (which I will show you how to use) and edit the pictures that you want to use for your newspaper article.  Each individual in the group will write their own article about their invention.  Your newspaper article must include pictures of your invention.
Step 4:  Using netscape composer you need to create a web page that includes your article and picture.  Be creative!  This is your own special web page!!
