As students enter the computer lab or designated computer area, each student is responsible for documenting his name, teacher's name, the computer equipment he will be using, and the time that he uses the computer.  If a student has a particular need or request for a computer, he fill out the Sign-up sheet in order to receive a turn using the equipment.
