“We’re here live at #4 Privite Dr. where a local wizard has posed as a muggle and tipped off the police of the Dursley’s neglect
of their nephew Harry Potter.  The Dursley’s are Harry’s guardians and only living relatives…here come the police…

(Police man knocking on the door)

DURSLEY”S behind the door(VOICE OVER):
“Who is it?”

COP (Mary)
“Police we have had a report of child neglect to a young boy, could you please open the door?”

(Door opens with Dursley’s surprised look)

MRS. D (mere)
“Who? We only have one boy, our pride and joy. Dudley, and we would never neglect him!”

(Head shot of police)

COP (Mary)
“Child Neglect is very serious and we don’t take those reports lightly. May we have a look around?”

Voice over of MR. DURSLEY
 “of course officer”

(Reporter behind bush)

REPORTER
“The officer is going in to get the inside story.  The camera man is going to have to go “undercover” of an invisibility cloak”

(Camera man and reporter throwing cloak---JUMPCUT---just reporter talking to invisible cameraman)

“Remember they can’t see you but they can still hear and feel you so stay quiet and out of the way.”

(Camera up and inside in front of Dudley head shot---zoom into mouth eating---zoom out to head again)

“Cupboard, what is in the cupboard?”

MRS.D
“The ER, tea set would you like to stay for tea?”

COP
“No thank you, It looks like there is no sign of an abused child here. Sorry to bother you have a good day.”

(Cop walks out the door)  (Reporter outside again)

REPORTER
“Those dirty Drusley’s. It looks as if they are going to get away with it”
COP? (Voice over)?
“Who is this he definitely doesn’t look neglected.”

MRS.D
“Oh that is my Dudleykins eating his light shack before supper

(Cut to Mr. and Mrs. dursley)
