* Informal Reading Inventory: This is a copy of the IRI that I completed for Dr. Bloodgood's class. It includes a spelling inventory, writing sample, word recognition, oral reading sample, and the case summary sheet that I conducted on a 4th grade student.

* Psychological: This artifact is a copy of a psychological from one of my students. The WISC was conducted by our psychologist for our school system. I use this information to see if a student is eligible for my program.

* Educational Evaluation: This artifact is a copy of an educational scores of one of my students. I use the scores from the Woodcock Johnson to see if there is a discrepancy from the IQ scores. The diagnostician who performed the test gives me a summary of the student's strengths and weaknesses. I then use her summary as a starting point for my instructional plan. 

* Teaching Students with Persistent Reading Problems: This is a assessment that I completed for the North Carolina State Improvement Project. I had to assess my student and then use the information given to come up with an educational plan.
