You are going to become great and talented inventors today!  You and a partner will be given an everyday item that you both will have to make into a new invention.  You must be creative and work together to complete this assignment.  Below are the steps the inventors must follow to complete the task and publish their work.

1. Name and figure out what the invention is going to be.

2. After figuring out the invention you and your partner will together write a newspaper article describing this new invention.

3. After writing the article you will then be allowed to use the digital camera and take pictures of how your invention is to be used.

4. You will be given a day to go to the computer lab and there you will be instructed on how to use Adobe Photoshop.  This is how your pictures will be downloaded on to the computer.

5. After the pictures have been downloaded you will then want to save them on a zip disk, preferably two.

6. You will then open up Netscape Composer and begin developing your own web page about your invention.

7. There will be a day also when you will be learning how to work Netscape Composer.

8. Make sure any information that you use is correctly sited.  Please make sure you give credit to the information provider.  Make sure to sit all sources when used.

9. Make sure to include both your partner's and your email addresses on your web page in order for me to give you feedback.
