Have you ever wanted to invent a brand new product? Something new that no one has ever thought of?? Well here's your chance!

Have you ever wanted to invent a brand new product? Something new that no one has ever thought of?? Well here's your chance!
Your
teacher will place you in groups of 4 or 5.
Simply
select one of the items your teacher has provided and begin brainstorming
with your group about what you would like this new item to be. You
must choose a totally different name and use for this object. Here
is an example.
After
your group has chosen your object and decided on a new name and use for
it, it is time to begin creating a news story about your product.
Simply write a narrative about how your product is used, who uses it and
why. If you need some more ideas refer back to the example
page.
You
will be using digital cameras to photograph your product at work!
Make sure you include a picture of the item by itself as well as one picture
with each group member. If the pictures
you took are too large for your web design use Adobe Photoshop to resize
your pictures.
Your
group will be placing your information on the World Wide Web using Netscape
Composer. Your group will be working together at a computer to creat
your web page for other students to view and use. Be creative with
your story and your item and have fun designing your own web page!
Don't forget to include your email addresses so your teacher can communicate
with you, as well as other students who view your work.
You have now invented a brand new product!! Congratulations! Now get ready to advertise your product to the rest of your class! Have fun!
