This web page was designed to teach students about story sequencing which is a competency in the Language Arts Curriculum. It requires them to analyze the comic strip that is cut up and place it in the correct order (12.1). The students will work in small groups to come up with the order and a simple story. (12.5) They also have to come up with a story to go along with the comic strip. They students will then create their own comic strip and create a comic section of a newspaper. (12.7) This web page also contains links to other media literacy activities. (10.3) At the conlusion of this lesson I will show the class my webpage to illustrate the correct order of the comic strip. (11.4)
