A Literature Circles Unit on the Medieval Times for Fifth Grade

This unit is designed to accommodate learners in a fifth grade class.  Readings are split into on grade level groups and below grade level groups.  The on grade level book is The Midwife's Apprentice by Karen Cushman.  The below grade level books are The Whipping Boy by Sid Fleischman and The Knight at Dawn by Mary Pope Osbourne.
