Alignment to the North Carolina Standard Course of Study
 
 

DRAMA PARTY!

Explain to the class that each group is going to do a mini play presenting their group.  The students should cover the major events but allow the student to have free reign over how they how they will present the play.  Provide simple props and allow the students to create their own.  Each group will present their play to the rest of the class.  Provide chocolatey snacks for the cast party. 
AND for an added bonus the students could watch, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
