After the students are finished with reading the novels, have a class discussion on the different aspects that the students learned about the time periods in which the novels took place. Make a list of important historical figures and places that were visited in the novels. After the discussion, divide the students into the same groups as for the launch and have them rewrite the stories that they had created earlier using some of the historical information that they learned from the different novels. |
