During this project I looked at software which was appropriate for second graders and was offered at Bethel Elementary School (10.6) (11.3)(13.1). The name of the software was Kid Pics. While using this particular software it was necessary for the student to understand what the mouse is used for, in order to be able to create their finished product (10.5). This is a really good software in that you are able to teach a different language to those who previously speak English and English to those who speak another language (13.3). If I had a student who was blind using this particular software I would use the text to speech icon located on the software (13.2). I also conducted an Eric search on creative writing when doing my software evaluation (13.4).
