Developmental Study:  an online resource that gives information on the development of students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.  Each grade level has information on the physical, social/emotional, and intellectual progress that has been made in a year's time.  Teachers can use this website to find out how the different traits of each grade level will affect their class.

Context
This web page was developed the semester before my student teaching while attending Appalachian State University.

Impact
This web page is available to anyone who has Internet capabilities.  Faculty and staff would be able to access the information on this website whenever they want to.  The information on this web page would enable them to produce activities and assessments that are appropriate for the grade level and intellectual abilities.  Also this information includes teacher tips on each grade level.  Teachers can use this data to find out specific facts about how their students will respond to certain behaviors.  Parents can also find this web page useful and incorporate these details into their families.  This web page would be a valuable resource for parents and teachers.

Alignment
This Developmental Web page shows students, teachers and other staff members specific trends and facts about certain grade levels. Students can use this web page for discussions about their grade level.  These discussions will help teachers have adequate dialogue on behavior (Tech. Comp. 12.3).  Continuing, this Developmental web page shows that the teacher understands how children learn and develop, and they can provide learning opportunities that support students intellectual, social, and personal development (INTASC #2).  When the teacher accesses the information from this web page they can form lessons and unit plans that fit their grade level on their intellectual, social, and personal level.  This will allow the students to learn more effectively.  Finally, this Developmental Web page also show that the teacher understands and uses formal and informal assessment strategies to evaluate and ensure the continuous intellectual, social, and physical development of the learner (INTASC #8).  The teacher uses the information from the web page to develop their assessment strategies according to grade level.  This will make the assessments more reliable for the teacher to evaluat
