Computer Sign-In Sheet

Context:  This sheet was designed to assure that students have equal acces to the computers.  I designed this sheet in Microsoft Word by inserting a table.  This would be sitting beside the computer so that students had to sign in when using the computer.

Impact:  This sheet will help me to assure that each student will have equal access to the classroom computer.  If I see that  a student is using the computer too much, then I can assess the situation and give the student a different task to complete.  This sheet will also help me in the case that there is a problem with the computer. 

Alignment:  This sheet will help me to assure that each student has equal access to the computer (Tech Comp VI E).  In addition, I can plan assignments for students that requires computer use in order to make sure each student has experience using various programs (Tech Comp II D).  I will also be able to evaluate whether or not the students are on the computer too much.  Then, I can redirect the student's use of time to make sure that they are working more effectively (Tech Comp III D).
