Permission Slips
This permission slip was given out to students to give to their parents.  The permission slip was used to gain permission to videotape, photograph and audiotape their children.

Context:
This permission slip was developed for my Media and Learning class during my block at ASU.  I printed it off of the Internet and made copies to pass out to my class.

Impact:
This permission slip helps protect children by requesting that parents approval to videotape, audiotape, or photograph their children.  If a parent says no, then that child is protected against being photographed, etc. while also protecting the teacher.

Alignment:
This slip addresses child protection by requiring parents’ permission to videotape, audiotape, or photograph their children.  It addresses the social, legal, and ethical issues related to technology use in regards to their children (Tech. Comp. 14.3).
