Log of Student Computer Use: Log that shows how much time students have spent on the computer.
Context
During the time of my block experience in Fall 2000, I created a sample
log that I can use in my classroom. This log shows my ability to
monitor student use of the computer. I would have the students sign
in to make sure that they are each getting equal time at the computer.
Impact
In the future, I will be able to use this log to show how much my students
are working on the computer and practicing their technology skills.
Alignment
This log ensures that equal access to technology and media is allowed
for all students (Tech Comp 14.2), because
I will have a record of each individual's usage of the computer.
