Planning/ Teaching/ Reflecting

This is a lesson plan, and reflection on a math lesson.

Context:
During my Senior year at ASU I taught a math lesson. In doing so I had to create a lesson plan that met the needs of all the students in my classroom. After I taught the lesson I then reflected on how it went by asking students questions and looking at their work.

Impact:

As a teacher we need to know how to create lesson plans accurately that addresses the needs of all the students in the classroom. This project gave me the opportunity to experience this and learn as I teacher what I need to make teaching effective.

Alignment:

This lesson shows that I have the ability to apply technology in assessing student learning by using a variety of assessment techniques. (Technology Standard IV A)

This lesson shows that I can plan instruction based on my knowledge of the subject matter, students, community, and curriculum goals. (INTASC 7)
