Artifact 4

This was a project completed with our Portrait of a Learner Student. We were to plan a lesson (10.4) around a peice of software that focused on a difficulty that our student was having in school. I chose the program Mighty Math. This software deals with all aspects of the mathematics curriculum (10.5). It can be used with all ability levels and the wide range of students (ADD, ADHD and LD) (13.2) within a class. Sarah and I worked with the fraction (11.3) portion of this software. It was a very useful computer program that helped her with adding and subtracting of fractions, while she was able to move at her own pace.
