Context: I attended the NCCTM Math Conference during my undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University.
Impact: Attending the math conference was beneficial in many ways. I learned new strategies for teaching, which will greatly benefit my career.
Alignment: The math conference in Greensboro allowed me to see math
in many different forms. There were numbers everywhere! By
attending the conference, I learned many techniques that allowed me to
expand my thinking about teaching math (INTASC
9).
