Computer Rules: This is a list of computer rules to post in the classroom.
Context:
I created a list of computer rules for students to follow while in
the classroom. These rules tell children what they can and cannot
do while using the computer or Internet. I created these rules during my
class, Integrating Media and Technology into the Classroom.
Impact:
As a teacher, I will post these rules in my classroom near the computer
area. I will also go over these rules with the children to ensure they
understand them. Students need to have rules for computer use, so
they do not participate in unethical issues.
Alignment:
By using these rules of computer use in the classroom, I make sure
students know the ethical and unethical issues of using a computer (Tech
Comp 14.3).
