Teaching Telefolio: This artifact is an online portfolio that contains artifacts and rationales that meet the Technology Standards as well as the INTASC Principles.
Context
I created this telefolio while in my Integrating
Media and Technology into Teaching class in the Fall of 2001 at Appalachian
State University.
Impact
I plan on using this telefolio to show my
competence in the area of technology as well as using the specific artifacts
as an educator.
Allignment
Throughout this telefolio, I have demonstrated
various skills of my knowledge of technology. Within the telefolio,
I have word processed, created webpages, scanned pictures, used a digital
camera, and used the Internet for researching and publishing purposes (Technology
Standard I A). As my knowledge of technology increases, I plan to
add more artifacts and rationales to last open sections in this telefolio,
labeled "For Future Use." I hope to see significant growth in my
skills and understanding of not only technology but how to teach technology
as well (Technology Standard I B).
