Artifact 10:
Media Literacy Ethnography

Context:
I worked on this web-site with my group during my Technology and Instruction class at Appalachian State University

Impact:
At Bethel Elementary School where I was currently doing my internship, my group and me research what kind of media effected the school.

Alignment:
The other interns and I collected quotes and digital images to document the influence of mass media and corporate culture on the school community (students, teachers, staff and parents).  During our research the tragic event of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack had taken place and this is where I concentrated my study with the help of another intern.  After collecting our information we used Adobe 5.0 and Navigator Composer to create our web-site to show the effects of the media produced upon the school's surroundings and thoughts of the Bethel student's to our classmates (Tech. IVB)
