Artifact 15:
Math Assessment: A view of the different ways assessments can be used in mathematics.

Context:
These assessments were completed as a part of my Mathematics in the Elementary School class. This was a three part view of mathematical assessments. First I assessed a small group of students' views and attitudes about mathematics. Secondly, I assessed a classroom set of math papers. Last, I chose one student and assessed her mathematical progress across time.

Impact:
The information and skills that I obtained while gathering these assessments will be beneficial to me in the future as I view students' work in a variety of contexts.

Alignment:
These assessments demonstrate my ability to use formal and informal assessments to ensure the continuous intellectual, social, and physical development of learners (INTASC 8).
