Artifact 4:
The Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics: A web page designed by the Computer Ethics Institute that I could post above the computer in my classroom.

Context:
I found this website during my elementary education block experience, and found it to be very helpful in learning about legal and ethical issues in technology.

Impact:
This web site would allow students and teachers to understand the legal and ethical issues related to technology. This web site could be posted directly or could serve as a model for teachers to use in developing classroom policies for working with technology.

Alignment:
Using this web page demonstrates my knowledge of how to establish classroom policies and procedures that ensure compliance with copyright law, fair-use guidelines, security, and child protection (Comp Tech 14.1).
