Artifact 2:
Permission Slip: A student release form for media materials.
Context:
This document was designed to use in my internship at
Mabel Elementary in order to legally gather pictures, videos, and audiotape
of the students in the classroom.
Impact:
By using this permission slip, I implemented an important
practice of getting permission from parents before gathering media material
from students. This permission slip will set the standard for other documents
I will send home to the parents of students in my future classroom.
Alignment:
By using this document to get permission from parents
show my knowledge of the social, legal, and ethical issues related to technology
use (Tech Comp 14.3). Also, this artifact
demonstrates my interaction with parents of students in my class (INTASC
10).
