A video clip in the lesson plan that satisfies 11.3
Context
This activity was created during my course at Appalachian State University called Science in Elementary Education. I use word-processing to create my lesson plan and then a tape from the ASU library to show as a visual aid for the lesson.
Impact
The video clip from the lesson will meet the needs of students who need a visual to help explain the topic being taught, in this case it is heat.
Alignment
This artifact meets technology competency goal 11.3 because it deals with the subject Science and the video clip in the lesson plan helps to clarify the topic of heat and molecules. This artifact also satisfies the technology competency goal 14.3 because the lesson plan shows proper citation of a video used in teaching the science lesson.
