This artifact is an example of a permission slip concerning videotaping and photographing students.
Context
This artifact was created during my media and technology class. I used a word-processing program, Microsoft Word, to create the permission slip.
Impact
This artifact will be used to communicate to parents that their child may be video taped or photographed as a class assignment.
Alignment
This artifact is in alignment with the Technology Competency Goal 14.1 because it is an example of classroom policies and procedures. This artifact insures child protection.
