Artifact 5

To demonstrate my ability to be able to work with students whose primary language is not English I located the Yahoo search engine in Spanish. This search engine will would assist me in helping non-English speaking use technology.
This search engine web page will allow me to reach these students through technology. By using Yahoo in their own language, a child will be able to find web sites that will help them learn. If I use the internet in this manner, my students who do not speak primarily English will not feel completely alienated.
This web page meets competency goal 13.3 because I am using the internet to assist non-English speaking students to use technology. My non-English speaking students will be able to use the search engine to learn in my classroom.
