Artifact Twelve:This artifact is a list of resources for ESL students, and for teachers of ESL students.

Context
I developed this list of web sites during a technology class my senior year at ASU. I translated a web page by using Babel Fish, a program offered by Alta Vista. I found more sources for ESL teachers/students during a research project I completed in my elementary block at ASU.

Impact
This resource will be very useful to me as an educator because I will probably have students whose primary language is not English. These sites provide vital information and also provide other important sources. The English Learner site is for ESL students to gain extra practice outside of school. The Babel Fish site will translate words, some phrases, or even a web page into another language.

Alignment
It is important that classroom teachers have resources for their ESL students other than the ESL teacher. Usually, these teachers are very busy and have limited time to work with the students. By utilizing the Internet, I can find helpful tools and hints on how to effectively incorporate the student into my classroom (NC Technology Competency 13.3).
