Name: Sign-In Sheet for Technology Use: a sheet for every student to sign once they enter the technology areas and engage in technological use

Context: This is a form that I will use as a teacher when in learning environments that involves the use of technology.

Impact: As a classroom teacher, the sign-in sheet can be used in the classroom to ensure the proper use of technological equipment in learning environments. By using the sign-in sheet, teachers can monitor all use of the equipment so that they can be aware of who is using what equipment when.

Alignment: The sign-in sheet is a way for teachers to plan for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities (Tech Comp IID). The sign-in sheet is also a good way to plan strategies that manage student learning (Tech Comp IIE).
