Name: Blind and Visually Handicapped Web site Resources, Special Education Resources, Computer Assisted Technology: web sites full of articles and tips on how to accommodate handicapped students in the classroom and in technology-enhanced environments.

Context: I discovered these web sites while searching for resources to assist handicapped children in the schools and classroom experiences.

Impact: These types of resources are necessary in the classroom in order to facilitate better conditions and provide students with handicaps with the equal opportunity to use the technology resources. Obviously, handicapped accessible computer labs are needed for wheelchairs and other equipment for physically handicapped students, but sometimes it is not enough.

Alignment: These web sites facilitate equitable access to technology resources for all students (Tech Comp VIE).
