Context
I used Microsoft Word to make a table that I can use in my computer lab so students can sign in and out and I can monitor computer use. I allowed space for the student’s name, date, time in, time out and their teacher’s name. I printed the chart from Microsoft Works and added it to my portfolio.
Impact
As a teacher concerned with computer use in the classroom a sign up sheet is a wonderful way to monitor computer use. I need to be able to make sure all students get a chance to use the computers. This will help me see who uses the computers most and help me distribute the time more evenly.
