During my senior year block at Appalachian State University I created a presentation on motivation in the classroom. The project focused on movtivating students and teachers in the classroom. For this presentation, I did research using the ERIC search on the Internet. After I had gathered the information, I created a scenario and brochure for my peers to use when they get out into the schools.
This presentation would be good to use for a faculty meeting in the schools. The presentation gives valuable information on how to motivate students to perform tasks. The presentation gives teachers resources for motivating themselves in the classroom. Through this research, I have discovered various methods to motivate myself and students in the classroom.
The research done for this presentation was gathered from the Internet and the ERIC search located in the library. Using the ERIC search fulfills competency (13.4).
