Context
I created this telepholio in my Integrating Media and Technology
class in the Fall of 2002. This technology telefolio was created
by using Netscape Composer, a very easy to use program. In this telefolio
I am able to show many of the things that we learned in our class relating
to using technology in our own classroom. It is divided into sections
by artifacts and also divided by the technology competencies and INTASC
Principles.
Impact:
This telefolio helps me to meet many of the requirements for my national
Educational Technology Standards for Teachers portfolio. Every student
majoring in education must do this portfolio in order to graduate.
Making this telefolio has helped me learn various ways to use technology
in my classroom as well as familiarizing myself with the goals that I must
meet as an elementary education major.
Alignment:
This telefolio has allowed me to learn ways to use technology in my
own classroom. We have used email, word processing, and constructed
web pages. (Tech Comp IA) Also I have learned to use digital

have been able to get more practice with using a digital camera and formatting
the pictures on Adobe Photoshop as well as making video using a video camera
(Tech Comp I B).
